2. 学术研究及教学等情况

(1)在Nature communications, JACS, AFM, Nano Energy, Nano research等国际刊物上发表论文40余篇,获已授权发明专利6项;主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,广东省自然科学基金面上等项目5项,入选2021年广东省青年优秀人才国际培养计划项目。

(2)担任Nano Research Energy(即时 IF: 25+)和Progress in Natureal Science: Materials International(IF: 4.7)期刊青年编委,Frontiers in Nanotechnology期刊的Review Editor,IEEE 会员,中国物理学会会员,中国化学学会会员。

(3)获研究生国家奖学金,中山大学杨振宁物理学研究生奖学金(2014)中山大学优秀研究生奖学金,广东省第五届大学生材料创新大赛一等奖(2015-2016)博士研究生国家奖学金(2017)。

(4)承担研究生课程《现代半导体器件物理》,本科生课程《数字系统与逻辑设计》各1门,担任集成电路首届本科生班主任;本科生课程《通信原理》及《医用物理》助教。

3. 主要研究方向

(1)铁磁、铁电等二维薄膜及晶体的可控制备(CVD、CVT)与物性研究。

(2)基于新型二维半导体的新原理、新结构的功能器件设计与制造。

(3)低维半导体光电子器件,太赫兹波器件,低维导热材料。
