Zhiyou Guo, professor of senior engineer. Since 1997, Professor Guo  has been a doctoral supervisor in South China Normal University. He is engaged in the applied research of optoelectronic materials and devices which the main research directions are  about light-emitting devices and material properties; the device thermal physical problems in semiconductor lighting LED and the secondary optical and structural design technology of LED lighting products, etc. He has went to the UK ThomasSwan company and Cambridge university to academic exchange and get the technical training of MOCVD system. Also, he has went to Moscow university and Taiwan where he investigated the development of LED. He has been published 23 papers, of which 15  has been included by SCI and EI ,applying for and achieving 25 authorized  patents.
